What you'll do

• Assist customers with banking transactions and needs in the lobby and drive-through
• answer incoming calls and provide customer support
• communicate professionally and empathetically
• follow security measures, recognize potential fraud, and educate customers on safe banking
• maintain and balance a cash drawer and correct offages
• complete training and support team operations.
