Compensation is based on education, experience, and credentials, with starting rates of $18.43 per hour for a high school diploma or GED, $19.37 per hour for an associate degree, and $20.25 per hour for a bachelor’s degree. Rosecrance provides behavioral health services and supports recovery from substance use and mental health challenges. The specialist contributes lived-experience-informed peer support to outpatient treatment, helping clients and families navigate recovery and transitions between levels of care. The role supports treatment programming through peer education, groups, crisis support, advocacy, and collaboration with the treatment team.

What you'll do

• Help individuals transition between treatment programs and levels of care
• participate in designing, implementing, and evaluating treatment solutions
• provide behavioral interventions, advocacy, and peer crisis support with team members
• deliver peer education
• facilitate peer-led groups and focal discussions
• observe and support outpatient group programming
• participate in treatment-team meetings and activities
• follow Rosecrance compliance and conduct requirements.
