What you'll do

• Develop architectural concepts
• produce plans and specifications and oversee material selection
• coordinate with clients, consultants, project teams, and contractors
• perform construction administration including site visits, RFI responses, submittals, and punch-list reviews
• prepare reports, estimates, calculations, and specifications
• monitor billing efficiency
• guide junior associates and interns
• contribute design solutions.
