What you'll do

• Lead bids from document review through proposal submission
• perform quantity takeoffs and scope analysis
• review plans and specifications
• coordinate RFIs
• develop conceptual budgets
• identify value engineering and constructability opportunities
• assess logistics, procurement, and schedule risks
• solicit and analyze subcontractor pricing
• prepare scopes and proposal clarifications
• conduct site visits
• develop preliminary schedules
• coordinate bid packages and project turnover
• participate in preconstruction meetings
• support client and trade-partner relationships.
