Stand Developer — DFW Market

What you'll do

• Coordinate construction and operations teams
• oversee site readiness and scheduled deliverables
• coordinate equipment installation and confirm POS systems are operational
• oversee property preparation
• arrange recurring vendor services and service contracts
• coordinate opening materials, scheduling, inventory, training, and local marketing
• submit health permit applications and coordinate inspections
• obtain final approvals and Certificate of Occupancy
• manage fees and approval documentation
• prepare keys and ensure accurate business listings on Google and Apple Maps.
