What you'll do

• Prepare, portion, label, and store ingredients
• assist with cooking eggs, proteins, sauces, and spreads
• follow recipes and batch-prep instructions
• set up and break down stations
• monitor par levels and report low stock
• support savory line cooks and baristas during peak service
• follow FIFO rotation and food safety requirements.
