Community Integration Manager — Day Services

The Community Integration Manager — Day Services role is onsite in Rochester, NY. Compensation is $22–$25.50 per hour. The manager supervises and supports Community Integration Assistants and helps deliver individualized day habilitation services. The role promotes participants’ independence, community integration, and productivity while maintaining plans, records, and service-review processes.

What you'll do

• Supervise, evaluate, and train Community Integration Assistants
• assist with hiring and onboarding
• ensure timely and accurate Day Habilitation Plans
• promote independence, integration, and productivity through individualized services
• maintain records
• manage equipment and supplies
• participate in service-review meetings
• administer or monitor medication as needed
• transport participants to community locations.
