What you'll do

• Lead the gypsum operation’s overall performance and strategic direction
• own P&L responsibility, budget, and capital planning
• report results and strategy to ownership or executive leadership
• expand market reach through new accounts, geographies, and existing end markets
• partner with the Mining Manager to align operating plans with growth strategy
• lead pricing, contract negotiation, and key account management
• represent the business to customers, ownership, and industry partners
• recruit, develop, and lead commercial and support teams.
