What you'll do

• Greet customers and document vehicle concerns
• work with technicians to understand inspection results and recommendations
• explain repairs using photos, videos, and clear language
• present safety and maintenance recommendations
• prepare estimates and obtain authorizations
• communicate throughout repairs
• follow up on declined work
• organize repair orders
• resolve customer concerns
• take ownership of sales, gross profit, customer satisfaction, and shop performance.
