What you'll do

• Prepare preliminary and conceptual estimates
• develop estimates for design stages, GMPs, lump-sum bids, and public bid packages
• create bid lists and scopes
• review drawings and specifications
• manage value-engineering and RFI logs
• coordinate with operations, safety, clients, designers, and trade partners
• support scheduling, purchasing, and preconstruction planning
• periodic travel for meetings and site evaluations.
