The Inside Sales Manager role is onsite in Houston, TX, with work hours of 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. and weekend work every other weekend. Annual salary is $60,000–$65,000. At 3 Men Movers, the Inside Sales team helps customers understand their needs and book appropriate moving services in coordination with operations and customer experience teams. This hands-on manager leads daily sales performance, coaching, scheduling, and accountability while remaining involved in sales and customer escalations. The role uses team performance measures to guide coaching and improvements and helps ensure customers receive clear communication and responsive service.

What you'll do

• Lead daily Inside Sales team activities and accountability for sales performance, attendance, productivity, lead follow-up, and customer experience
• conduct one-on-one coaching
• review calls, messages, and sales activity
• document performance conversations
• create schedules and monitor staffing coverage and service levels
• handle agent questions and customer escalations
• maintain personal sales performance and provide coverage when needed
• track performance measures
• lead weekly Sales Team Meetings
• assist with commission inputs and reporting.
