What you'll do

• Plan and instruct group exercise classes
• prepare appropriate music
• design class curriculum with warm-up, workout, and cool-down periods
• provide exercise modifications
• monitor participant safety and follow emergency procedures
• respond to participant questions
• maintain attendance and records
• prepare and restore class equipment and space
• collect and submit program evaluations.
