What you'll do

• Develop evaluation frameworks, metrics, and statistical methods for simulation and on-road data
• collaborate with Functional Safety and Systems Engineering to align metrics with safety standards and launch readiness
• monitor metric reliability and data quality
• identify edge cases and coverage gaps and feed scenarios into simulation
• establish correlations between on-road and simulation results
• communicate findings to technical leaders
• build developer self-service evaluation tools
• mentor and collaborate with colleagues. Machine-learning methods may be introduced where they add rigor and scale.
