Production Operator Lead — Solar Module Manufacturing

The Production Operator Lead role is onsite in College Station, TX, with pay of $20 per hour. US Modules is hiring for its solar module production facility. This hands-on floor leader coordinates operators and production flow to help meet production, safety, and quality targets. The role also supports troubleshooting, continuous improvement, operator training, and coordination with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality.

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate production operators
• support production targets, throughput, and quality goals
• assign tasks and manage breaks and shift handoffs
• monitor performance and escalate issues
• support line startups, shutdowns, and changeovers
• enforce safety and PPE practices
• conduct safety talks and quality checks
• troubleshoot production and equipment issues
• coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality
• participate in root cause analysis, corrective actions, 5S, and lean initiatives
• train operators and provide feedback to supervisors.
