What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and manage outside sales representatives
• conduct ride-alongs, field coaching, training, and performance reviews
• build and manage sales incentive programs
• hold teams accountable to sales metrics
• track KPIs, analyze trends, and report performance with action plans
• partner with marketing, operations, and installation teams
• run leads when needed.
