The Cook role is onsite in Mankato, MN, with stated pay of $18 per hour. The schedule is Tuesday and Wednesday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, Thursday and Friday 5:30 AM–1:30 PM, and every other weekend 5:30 AM–1:30 PM. Harry Meyering Center supports people with developmental and intellectual disabilities in their homes and communities. The cook plans menus and prepares meals that meet individuals’ dietary needs and preferences. The role also helps create a positive mealtime experience and maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen environment.

What you'll do

• Interact with individuals respectfully
• support dietary needs
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and a safe work environment
• complete required training
• prepare meals according to schedule and individual dietary needs
• deliver groceries and pick up supplies in all types of weather
• maintain HIPAA compliance
• follow health and safety policies and procedures.
