What you'll do

• Inspect vehicles and document damage using CCC One
• prepare and submit estimates and supplements
• manage insurance approvals
• communicate with customers, technicians, and insurance companies
• explain repair processes and costs
• schedule appointments
• complete OEM and GM training.
