Community Therapist

What you'll do

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• provide therapy to youth and families in-home, virtually, or in-office based on clinical need
• advocate for youth and families within community systems
• manage and revise crisis response plans
• document clinical services
• collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams
• complete treatment updates and discharge summaries
• and refer clients to community resources.
