• Provide enterprise physician leadership for complex medical and pediatric services
• define and advance the medical model
• establish clinical standards, pathways, and physician practice expectations
• guide facility and program medical directors
• promote clinical integration and interdisciplinary collaboration
• evaluate clinical performance and improvement opportunities
• consult on complex clinical issues, transfers, and program development
• support quality metrics, patient safety, peer review, and clinical governance
• mentor physicians and advanced practice providers
• advise on staffing models and medical resources.

Why this role
