What you'll do

• Provide customer service, explain service options, and recommend necessary work
• perform plumbing work to industry standards, codes, and company warranties
• maintain licenses, certifications, and safety training
• document work using field devices and software
• coordinate with operations managers and supervisors
• maintain vehicle, stock, and inventory
• direct and support apprentice plumbers when assigned.
