What you'll do

• Receive, review, and process referrals
• verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations
• ensure documentation is complete and routed appropriately
• communicate referral status and next steps to patients
• coordinate with clinical teams before appointments
• follow up with insurers, outside offices, and patients to resolve delays
• maintain logs and tracking systems
• provide customer service and assist with clerical tasks.
