What you'll do

• Oversee community operations, including maintenance, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, marketing, renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits
• conduct prospect tours and manage leads and outreach
• develop marketing programs
• complete lease and renewal paperwork
• track advertising and client traffic
• lead, train, and coach onsite staff
• maintain resident files
• resolve resident conflicts and follow up
• manage the community budget and finances
• support leasing and marketing goals.
