The Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP), Adult Neurorehabilitation role is onsite in Riverton, UT, on the third shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.; the schedule requires availability for a consistent weekend day. Pay is $18 per hour. Learning Services provides neurological rehabilitation to adults with brain injuries as part of Collage Rehabilitation Partners. The DSP supports clients’ rehabilitation strategies and personal independence in a home-like setting. The role assists with daily living, wellness, behavioral support, community activities, and documentation while communicating with families and the treatment team.

What you'll do

• Assist and encourage clients with activities of daily living, community living skills, and rehabilitation goals
• assist with medication administration as assigned, monitor nutrition plans, and prepare meals
• implement behavior management plans
• observe and report changes in client condition
• transport and accompany clients to appointments and activities
• complete shift documentation
• maintain a safe living environment
• participate in shift handoffs and team communication.
