What you'll do

• Teach safe and effective aquatic classes according to guidelines
• follow the swim instructor manual
• support, assist, motivate, and retain members
• promote classes and events
• attend staff and club meetings and events
• arrange an approved replacement when unable to teach an assigned class
• complete required reports and checklists
• respond appropriately to emergencies.
