Client Services Manager

What you'll do

• Coordinate home health aide coverage
• maintain aide availability lists and client schedules
• assign aides and arrange backup coverage
• update calendars, call sheets, and HHAExchange
• maintain personnel profiles and assignment documentation
• advise recruitment, compliance, payroll, and finance teams of personnel changes
• supervise aides in non-clinical aspects and evaluate performance
• participate in disciplinary proceedings and quality-improvement activities
• handle rotating on-call coordination assignments, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• and promote HAPI services and follow up with clients.
