What you'll do

• Conduct 100+ daily outbound activities across calls, email, direct mail, and social channels
• build and manage lead lists and campaigns
• use sales intelligence and CRM tools
• contact current customers for referrals
• qualify commercial cleaning prospects
• schedule at least two qualified site visits per day for Outside Sales
• maintain CRM records
• coordinate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and performance.
