What you'll do

• Oversee food production quality, quantity, and timeliness
• train, coach, and evaluate bakers
• ensure menu presentation, portioning, garnishing, and substitution standards
• maintain menu and preparation knowledge
• implement food storage, rotation, spoilage control, and sanitation procedures
• follow recipes and time and temperature protocols
• ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards.
