Custodian (First Shift)

What you'll do

• Clean assigned areas, including restrooms, entries, common areas, floors, carpets, and walls
• dust and detail areas
• clean glass entry doors
• assist with coverage of open areas
• complete work orders
• maintain custodial equipment and closets
• clean entryways and remove debris and snow
• perform apartment turn cleaning during summer and school breaks
• report damage and needed repairs
• assist with bio-hazard and event cleanup.
