What you'll do

• Bridge communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams
• review food tickets and coordinate dish timing
• inspect plates for presentation, portioning, and quality
• communicate with servers and food runners about prompt, accurate delivery
• maintain an organized, clean, and stocked expediting station
• assist with special requests, modifications, and dietary restrictions
• support kitchen workflow during peak service.
