What you'll do

• Oversee and direct nursing staff
• ensure safe staffing and provide clinical decision-making support and direct patient care when indicated
• participate in QAPI monitoring, tracking, and analysis
• develop nursing schedules
• coordinate nursing care in accordance with scope of practice, policies, and standards
• collaborate with Human Resources on hiring and termination and complete staff performance evaluations
• support timely admissions with Intake and Service Development
• participate in the Utilization and Treatment Team
• support policies, procedures, survey readiness, facility projects, and program development
• assume nursing administrator on-call duties when indicated.
