Position: Elementary Athletic Coach. The Athletic Coach is responsible for leading and developing a successful athletic program that supports the academic, social, emotional, and athletic growth of student-athletes. Coaches are expected to model professionalism, sportsmanship, integrity, and leadership while creating a safe, structured, and positive team culture aligned with the mission and vision
