What you'll do

• Uses a pneumatic nail gun to repair or assemble pallets.
• Places pallet on repair table, removes defective boards, replaces new boards, and nails replaced boards into place.
• Takes stock boards and nails together based on type of pallet desired.
• Troubleshoots jams and performs basic maintenance of the saw.
• Conducts visual inspections to identify defects or irregularities.
• Ensures adherence to repair guidelines and quality standards.
• Adheres to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
• Wears appropriate Personal Protective Equipment daily.
• Reports any safety hazards or concerns immediately.
• Works closely and harmoniously with other assembly line operators.
• Communicates effectively to ensure smooth transitions.
• Collaborates with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
