What you'll do

• Develop and execute annual and long-term business plans
• lead end-to-end repair and overhaul processes
• set and monitor operational objectives and metrics
• improve repair cycle time, efficiency, capacity, and performance
• manage budgets, capital planning, cost estimates, and financial results
• develop asset management and preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
• ensure FAA Part 145, customer, export control, OSHA, environmental, and safety compliance
• lead continuous improvement and corrective action
• manage spare parts inventory
• coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
• plan staffing, hiring, training, and employee development
• report business-unit performance
• manage capital projects and equipment investments
• ensure repair orders and production schedules meet commitments
• maintain accurate work orders, procedures, and documentation.
