The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents. This role involves collaboration with healthcare teams, resident assessment, and care coordination.
What you'll do
- Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
- Collaborates with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks.
- Functions within the scopes and standards of nursing practice.
What we're looking for
- Education
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
- Experience
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.
