What you'll do

• Review procurement activities and solicitations
• research complex legal and procurement matters
• draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
• oversee public-records compliance and staff workflows
• advise on ethics, conflicts of interest, governance, and regulatory requirements
• provide counsel on agency operations and legal exposure
• support employment and human-resources matters
• oversee outside counsel
• recruit, develop, and manage staff
• provide legal training and guidance.
