What you'll do

• Direct crew members and equipment
• plan and execute assigned work
• climb trees using available climbing systems
• lead arboricultural care
• assess jobsite hazards and plan work
• prune trees, thin canopies, and remove deadwood and hazardous trees
• install cables, bracing, and lightning protection systems
• mentor crew members
• maintain, prepare, and operate chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and other equipment.
