What you'll do

• Operate computer-aided dispatch equipment
• receive transport requests and telephone or radio reports
• record accurate information and determine the nature and location of calls
• determine appropriate response and dispatch resources
• monitor and coordinate vehicle movement and maintain status of vehicles and personnel
• communicate by radio
• quote prices for private-pay transports
• maintain HIPAA compliance and a neat dispatch area
• follow company guidelines and protocols.

Why this role
