What you'll do
- Follow each resident’s individualized service plan
- assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, meals, and activities
- encourage independence and social participation
- document activities of daily living and changes in residents’ condition
- assist with specified catheter, oxygen, dressing, and ostomy care within the care plan and demonstrated competence
- and maintain a clean, safe environment.
