What you'll do

• Own the product-level partner relationship and integration
• shape the customer journey from exploring international hiring through ongoing workforce management
• develop and communicate product strategy
• prioritize and ship small, frequent releases
• translate employment law, payroll, multi-currency, time-off, benefits, and tax requirements for engineering
• measure adoption, time-to-first-hire, retention, and revenue
• lead a dedicated product trio.
