What you'll do

• Lead Plant Operations and Maintenance departments in a hospital campus environment
• review programs, services, policies, and procedures
• coordinate with hospital clients and staff
• supervise work quality and personnel
• prepare and lead departmental budgets, including an energy-savings program
• ensure regulatory compliance
• plan and supervise construction and facility development
• review construction plans
• and liaise with contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers.
