The role exists to produce accurate construction drawings and technical documentation throughout design and documentation work. By maintaining plan sets, incorporating revisions, and checking drawing quality, the drafter helps project teams prepare coordinated construction documents.

What you'll do

• Prepare civil engineering construction drawings using AutoCAD
• develop and organize construction plan sets
• draft grading, roadway, drainage, water, and sanitary sewer plans under the direction of civil designers and engineers
• maintain drawing layers, external references, layouts, and standards
• update files through design revisions and agency review
• perform drawing quality checks
• coordinate with engineers, designers, and drafting personnel.
