What you'll do

• Maintain program structure and complete observation rounds and safety checks as ordered
• support de-escalation and coping skills per treatment plans
• conduct room and luggage searches
• accompany patients on fresh-air breaks and mindful movement exposures
• provide bathroom monitoring
• take vital signs, weights, and urine specific gravity when applicable
• participate in group facilitation and document in the EHR
• support group outings
• participate in meals and snacks as needed and provide meal coaching at eating disorder treatment locations
• support allergy-safety procedures
• complete patient and shift documentation
• provide patient transportation and other transportation support as needed
• distribute mail and packages.
