What you'll do

• Manage personnel policies, procedures, and employee files
• administer the HRIS and employee paperwork
• coordinate performance appraisals
• partner with management on employee relations, pay benchmarking, training, and performance management
• manage the H-2B visa program with club leadership and external partners
• conduct investigations
• coordinate recruitment and background checks
• administer benefits and unemployment claims
• support orientation and training
• oversee safety programs, injury claims, and leave
• conduct exit interviews
• maintain job descriptions.
