What you'll do

• Supervise assigned clinicians and oversee clinical work
• support evidence-based practices and timely, professional documentation
• monitor quality assurance and compliance with applicable Oregon rules and contractual requirements
• recruit, train, and evaluate staff
• maintain a caseload and provide individual, group, and family counseling
• participate in rotating after-hours emergency services and potentially backup on-call coverage
• coordinate care with prescribers and community partners.
