The Senior Scientist I — Bioassay Development role is onsite in Woburn, MA. Compensation is $90,000–$105,000 per year. What you'll do

• Lead development and validation of new assays, including GxP assays
• serve as Principal Investigator for assigned projects
• contribute to study design, execution, and troubleshooting
• lead technical and administrative study work and review documentation
• author and review protocols, reports, deviations, and audit responses
• mentor and train scientists
• supervise up to three direct reports
• review data and reports for quality
• communicate with internal teams and external clients
• follow written laboratory SOPs.

Why this role
