What you'll do

• Assist with food truck setup, service, breakdown and cleaning
• prepare and serve food according to recipes and standards
• take orders and process payments
• maintain sanitary food preparation and service areas
• follow food safety and workplace guidelines
• stock supplies and help organize deliveries
• load and unload equipment and supplies
• report equipment issues
• support promotional events and respond to customer questions.
