What you'll do

• Assess residents, develop and follow care plans, document observations, and monitor symptoms and responses to treatment. Provide nursing treatments and administer medications within applicable standards. Coordinate appointments, admissions, transfers, and emergency care

• communicate resident concerns and changes to appropriate personnel
• participate in quality improvement and regulatory activities.
