First Washington Realty is a real estate investment and management firm focused on grocery-anchored shopping centers. Interns join one of three teams—Leasing, Investments & Development, or Investments—for eight weeks and complete a shared capstone presented to executive leadership. The work provides practical exposure to leasing, investment analysis, development, and portfolio strategy.

What you'll do

• Depending on track, research prospective tenants and prepare leasing reports
• build financial analyses and support acquisitions, dispositions, site planning, and development
• or underwrite deals, build and stress investment models, and analyze market activity. All interns collaborate on a portfolio asset capstone presented to executive leadership.
