What you'll do

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel
• monitor access points and verify credentials and authorization
• maintain visitor and vehicle entry records
• direct authorized individuals to facility areas
• observe entry and exit activity and report irregularities
• respond to incidents and alarms
• conduct patrols of access points, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter
• document observations.
