The Auto Body Technician is an onsite role based in Grand Prairie, TX. Compensation is $26.00 - $33.00 per hour, based on a flat rate structure, supporting the Gerber Collision & Glass facility. This role exists to provide an exceptional customer experience through the meticulous assessment and quality repair of vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition. The technician plays a pivotal role in the company's promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence.

What you'll do

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates.
• Use tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins.
• Realign car chassis and frames.
• Remove and replace damaged sections and parts.
• Weld and fit parts.
• Inspect vehicles after repair.
